Built for the future of real estate

At GreenPlace, we understand our customers because we’ve lived those careers too.

Since 2015, we have provided sustainability advisory services using energy engineering, building physics, science-based methodologies and deep real estate domain expertise.

Through this experience we discovered many barriers to enhancing the sustainability of commercial property at the speed and scale required.  This is why we saw the need to build a platform like GreenPlace.

We want to make it simpler, faster, and cheaper to integrate data-driven insights into the decisions that protect, preserve and enhance commercial property performance.

The property industry is responsible for approximately 40% of global greenhouse gas emissions — and it isn’t slowing down fast enough.

This data visualization, created by Professor Ed Hawkins at the University of Reading, represents the rapidly increasing yearly temperatures worldwide from 1961 to today.

We hope you’ll join us as we work towards making commercial property more sustainable and make real impacts on climate change.
